This project focuses on the redesign of the betting ticket for Retabet, a prominent online gambling platform. The objective was to enhance the user experience and improve the overall usability of the ticket. By revamping its design and layout, we aimed to simplify the betting process and provide a more engaging and intuitive interface for the users.

Retabet is a popular online betting platform that offers a wide range of sports and betting options. However, the existing design of the betting ticket was outdated and cluttered, making it challenging for users to navigate and place bets efficiently. The platform also received feedback from users regarding confusion surrounding certain betting options, leading to a decrease in conversion rates.
The main challenge was to create a redesigned betting ticket that would address the usability issues identified during the audit. The goal was to simplify the process of placing bets, improve clarity in the ticket layout, and ensure that users could easily understand and select their desired betting options.
To tackle the challenge, we followed a user-centered design approach. We began by conducting user research to gain insights into the preferences, needs, and pain points of the platform's users. This research helped us understand their expectations and guided our decision-making process during the redesign.
Through interviews, surveys, and user testing, we gained a deep understanding of the users' habits, preferences, and frustrations. This allowed us to identify pain points and areas of improvement within the existing betting ticket.
Audit of the Betting Ticket: We conducted a comprehensive audit of the current betting ticket to identify the issues that hindered user experience. The audit revealed several problems, including confusing terminology, unclear navigation, and overwhelming visual clutter.
Based on the research findings, we created wireframes and a prototype for the redesigned betting ticket. These visual representations allowed us to iterate and refine the design, incorporating the necessary improvements while maintaining a user-friendly interface.
The Improvements:
Streamlined layout: We simplified the overall layout of the betting ticket, reducing visual clutter and enhancing clarity.
Clear betting options: We revised the terminology and information displayed for each betting option, making it easier for users to understand and select their preferred bets.
Improved navigation: We introduced intuitive navigation elements, enabling users to navigate between different sections of the ticket seamlessly.
Enhanced visual hierarchy: We employed visual cues, such as color and typography, to guide users' attention and highlight important information.
The implemented improvements resulted in a significant increase in conversion rates, with a conversion rate boost of 25% within the first month after the new design was deployed. Users found the new betting ticket more intuitive and user-friendly, which positively impacted their overall experience on the platform.
